During Month 1 : Set Your Goals.

Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for health and wellness.

- Pick a Family Hobby such as biking, hiking, volunteering, photography walks, family book club.
- Group NEAT fitness (Window Shopping at IKEA, Home Depot, Neighbourhood Walks) Healthy family outings.

- Monthly family meeting to review progress and adjust plans.
Month 3: Emotional and Mental Wellness
Health Goals:
- Focus on stress management for the wedding. How to stay calm on the big day.
- Continue with nutrition and NEAT fitness routines.

- Plan engagement party or pre-wedding celebration.

This is an example of an 8-month health coaching plan designed to support the bride, groom, their families, and the wedding party in achieving their health and wellness goals while navigating the complexities of wedding planning. The plans may be extended to 12 months or shortened depending on the health coaches review of the bridal party and their goals.
