Recipe: Mini Pancakes with Sugar
Ingredients:
1 cup pancake mix
3/4 cup milk
1 egg

Instructions:
1. Mix the Batter: In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
2. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter to form mini pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute.

Ingredients:
- Freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee

Instructions:
