The Philosophy of the House "Harmonious Order & Intellectual Warmth"
The Royal residence exists as a sanctuary for intellectual learning and happy gatherings. The Royals believe that a clean space is soothing to the mind, and a home filled with life—family, nature and guests—is a healthy home.

1. The Auditory Atmosphere
Curated Soundscapes: Music is the heartbeat of the home. Levels should allow for easy conversation in the social rooms, while private quarters remain a quiet zone for reflection with electronic devices for music available for guests and family.
The Golden Hour: From 10:00 PM onwards, the house transitions to "Quiet Mode" to respect the restorative power of sleep. Headphones must be worn to listen to music if more than one family member is in residence.
2. The Guest & Conversation Code
The Open Gate Policy: Visitors are invited to call and schedule a visit for times between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6PM. No Surprise visits. Security is active at all times.
The Art of Presence: To honor the intelligent conversation ideology of the royals, guests are encouraged to be fully present and a phone basket is mandatory for dinners and banquets.
Family First: Relatives and close friends have an invitation provided they respect the physical boundaries of the royal family and there are no unresolved issues.
3. Stewardship of the Environment
Botanical and Animal Care: Plants and flowers and some animals are living residents of the residences They are to be fed, watered, maintained and managed with care.
The Reset Rule: To maintain the royal house, common areas are to be organized for the next day before retiring for the night.
The Threshold Ritual: Shoes are removed at the door as a symbol of respect to the royal residence. Inside shoes are mandatory to keep outside debris away and reduce the workload of the housekeeping staff.
Elements to Elevate Your Royal Residence
The Library or Cognitive Corner
The Royal residence has a library for the pursuit of knowledge which contains a curated shelf of first edition books, comfortable Library chairs and tables, and task lighting. This is a "no-interruption" area of the home and conversation is at Library tones.
The Olfactory Signature
The scent of the home is the scent chosen in Ely in 2025. A new scent will be chosen when the royals decide on a new scent.

To make visitors feel welcome, they may ask for beverages from the household staff and a small refrigerator is available and cold water cooler.
